What will you do before place order?
Please specify of hub color (red, black and white available), cassette body and nipple color (red and black available). We will ship commonly used colors if client have no specific requirements.


How can I pay for my order?

When will my order ship?
order lead time is 3-5days. HOLIDAY TIMES MAY VARY.
Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping information as we cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced packages.


Who will deliver my parcel? 
orders are dispatched via EMS.Free shipping
If you prefer DHL carrier, please contact our customer services to calculated DHL shipping fee. 
 

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 5-10 working days by EMS. EMS tracking number will be offered after shipment.
Where the order dispatch day falls on a public holiday it will be processed on the next working day.


Should I pay the tax?
a) We usually ship the buyer’s item as GIFT in a lower value, in order to avoid the buyer’s tax. However, the tax is determined by buyer custom not by us. Different countries for different tax rate, so if any tax then the buyer should undertake it.
b) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
PS: In our experience, not all countries need to pay duties.


What is returns and damaged goods policy? 
Carefully inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. According to I.C.C. Transportation Regulations, claims for damage must be initiated by the consignee. If there is any obvious freight damage, or the possibility of concealed damage, please note this on the freight bill. Don’t sign the Freight Bill unless this is noted!
Please pay special attention to any boxes that appear to have been opened. The client has the option of rejecting the shipment or indicating their finding on the consignee’s copy of the freight bill at the time of delivery.
If the item is defective after you sign and open the package, please notify us within 48 hours with pictures of the defective goods of delivery. We will work with customers to solve any problems.
Please note:
Products MUST BE returned within seven (7) days or the return will be disallowed
All returns must be freight prepaid by the Sender or carrier
All returns are to be shipped back to company’s warehouse in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING
New items or Repaired items will be shipped to you after we receive the items for replacement
Refund will be granted after we receive the returned items in original packing
